Meez has been designed to provide customers with opportunity to buy food from New Zealand’s best restaurants and chefs, and consume it in the comfort of their own homes. We feel dining at home should be flavourful, meaningful, and exciting.

All meals are prepared ‘mise en place’, ready for you to heat, assemble and enjoy at home.

Delivery

We currently deliver to most residential addresses in Auckland, Wellington Hamilton, and Tauranga. Keep an eye out as we expand our offering to Christchurch, and then the rest of the country in the coming weeks and months.

 

We cannot currently deliver to rural addresses. Please check to see if your address is residential here. We are actively working on increasing our delivery capabilities though,  so sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we do begin delivering to your location.

Sure! You can order from as many restaurants as you would like, however, there will be a separate delivery charge for each restaurant.

Shipping costs vary dependant on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

You can select a delivery date in advance using the calendar at the checkout. Different restaurants have different cut-off times, however, as a general rule of thumb, you must order at least 48 hours in advance of delivery. For example, if you would like delivery for Friday evening, you must order by Wednesday evening 9pm.

Once you receive your box, it’s important that certain components are placed straight into the fridge to ensure they remain fresh. Most meal kits are designed to be consumed within 48 hours of arrival.

We arrange for our kits to be delivered via a special tracked service and you should receive a text and/or email from the relevant courier confirming your delivery. Depending on your location, some deliveries are made as early as 9am. Our market-leading climate-controlled packaging helps to ensure our meal kits remain in perfect condition whilst in transit.

We arrange for our kits to be delivered via a special tracked service and you should receive a text and/or email from the relevant courier confirming your delivery.  If you won’t be home at the time of delivery, the courier is instructed to leave the parcel in a safe space at the nominated address.  We use market-leading climate-controlled packaging to ensure our meal kits remain in perfect condition whilst in transit. If you live in an apartment, unit, or other secured building please provide the access code, instructions, or such other means to enter when you check out. The delivery (including non-delivery) will be at the discretion of the courier.

Put your cooking utensils away as all the work has been taken care of! All meals are prepared ‘mise en place’ by the restaurants to a point where they are 90% complete. All you have to do is heat, assemble and enjoy at home.

Yes! Our meal kits make great gifts for friends and family. Just make sure you include the correct delivery address for the intended recipient at the checkout. If you email us at info@meez.co.nz we can also include a handwritten gift message for you.
